Wow, I can't believe it has really been four years since Roosevelt was elected. He's running again though. My parents seem to be very excited about this. He's running against Alf Landon, who has been the governor of Kansas for the last four years. They have been saying on the radio that he has completely different views for the country compared to Roosevelt. I'm not sure what to think of him because I don't quite understand politics. My parents speak negatively of Landon constantly because he is in favor of Hoover's ideas and opposes the New Deal, so I guess I hope Roosevelt wins.
